Refund policy
At Lemax London, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. How to Initiate a Return

Approval & Instructions
Once approved, our team will send you the return address and shipping instructions. -
Send Your Item
Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. -
Inspection & Confirmation
After we receive your item, our quality team will inspect it and confirm eligibility.
4. Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). If your preferred item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
You will not be charged for shipping or handling in this case.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer – processing times may vary.
