At Lemax London, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, delivery times, and shipping costs.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most locations within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. If your region is not available at checkout, please contact us at Officiallemax21@gmail.com for assistance.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders these will be clearly displayed on our website when active.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or local delivery conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or via your Lemax London account if registered.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information on applicable charges in your country.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping information provided is accurate. Lemax London is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or unclaimed parcels.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Officiallemax21@gmail.com. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

9. Split Shipments

For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately based on stock availability or warehouse location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment where applicable.

10. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated release date indicated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items may be shipped together once the pre-order is available unless otherwise stated.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, postal strikes, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier disruptions. However, our team will provide updates and support whenever possible to help track your order.
